How Does It Work?

The Wellis Air Disinfection System provides a constant stream of hydroxyl radicals (OH) that destroy all contaminants from the atmosphere. These hydroxyls are ‘eco-oxidant’ as they decompose into water and oxygen after their biochemical reactions have finished, and they do not leave behind any residual oxidants.

The system works on the same technology as our Earth itself. Earth auto-generates hydroxyl radicals when UV rays and moisture come together in order to clean itself. Wellis Air adopts this technology and produces bacteria-fighting hydroxyls with the help of UV rays and moisture present in a room.

Unlike most air purification systems, the Wellis Air Disinfection System is not limited by the ability to bring the harmful pathogens to the machine.
